These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConquestGo website, digital experiences, event technology, augmented reality experiences, virtual sales representative experiences, gifting experiences, and other services made available by ConquestGo Inc. ("ConquestGo," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About ConquestGo
ConquestGo provides technology and services designed to improve engagement, lead capture, follow-up, gifting, analytics, and experiences associated with conferences, events, exhibitors, sponsors, and other business activities.
Our services may include digital and augmented reality experiences, virtual or AI-powered sales representatives, gifting programs, lead engagement tools, automated communications, analytics, integrations, and related services.
Certain services may be provided on behalf of a conference organizer, exhibitor, sponsor, supplier, or other ConquestGo customer.
2. Eligibility
Our website and services are intended primarily for businesses, professionals, conference participants, and adult users.
By using our services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
If you are using ConquestGo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization where applicable.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use ConquestGo's website and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's information.
Interfere with the security or operation of our services.
Introduce viruses, malicious software, or harmful code.
Use automated systems to improperly scrape, copy, harvest, or extract information from our services.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization.
Submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
Attempt to manipulate engagement, lead, gifting, or analytics data.
Use our services in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

4. Event Experiences and Sponsoring Companies
Some ConquestGo experiences are created or operated on behalf of third-party conference organizers, exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers, or other business customers.
When you interact with one of these experiences, the sponsoring company may receive information relating to your interaction, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
ConquestGo does not control how an independent third party subsequently uses information it receives outside of the ConquestGo platform.
Third parties may have their own privacy policies, terms, marketing practices, and contractual obligations.
5. Gifts and Promotional Items
Certain ConquestGo experiences may allow eligible individuals to request or receive gifts, promotional merchandise, experiences, or other items provided by ConquestGo or a sponsoring company.
Availability may be limited and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Gifts may be subject to eligibility requirements, campaign limitations, inventory availability, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.
ConquestGo may substitute an item with an item of reasonably comparable value when necessary due to inventory, availability, shipping, or fulfillment circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, gifts have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
Recipients are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
ConquestGo is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate information, carrier disruptions, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or a recipient's failure to accept delivery.
6. AI, Virtual Representatives, and Automated Experiences
Some ConquestGo services may use artificial intelligence, avatars, augmented reality, automated systems, or conversational technologies.
These technologies are intended to facilitate engagement, provide information, answer questions, collect requests, or connect users with participating companies.
AI-generated or automated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
Information provided through an automated or AI-powered experience should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
ConquestGo does not guarantee that automated responses will always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every circumstance.
7. Communications
When you provide contact information through ConquestGo, you may receive communications relating to your request, interaction, gift, meeting, event experience, or other services you requested.
Marketing email or SMS communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable consent requirements.
Where required, marketing text-message consent will be obtained separately.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
For applicable text-message programs, you may follow the instructions provided in the message to opt out.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

"ConquestGo" and associated branding are owned by ConquestGo Inc. or used with appropriate authorization.

10. Customer and Sponsor Content
ConquestGo customers may provide logos, trademarks, product information, marketing materials, scripts, images, videos, links, or other content for use in an event or digital experience.
The customer or party providing such materials is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide those materials.
ConquestGo does not claim ownership of a customer's trademarks or proprietary materials solely because they are displayed through our services.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, websites, CRM systems, calendar services, communications providers, fulfillment services, artificial intelligence providers, or other technologies.
ConquestGo is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or independent actions of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
12. Availability and Changes to Services
We continually develop and improve ConquestGo.
We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features or services from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature or service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, event environment, or third-party system.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ConquestGo website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ConquestGo makes no guarantee that use of our services will result in any particular number of leads, meetings, sales, conversions, revenue, return on investment, or other business outcome.
Past campaign results or examples do not guarantee future performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConquestGo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or services.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
Any limitations contained in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Separate agreements between ConquestGo and its customers may contain different liability provisions and will control where applicable.
15. Customer Agreements
Businesses purchasing ConquestGo services may enter into separate proposals, statements of work, order forms, service agreements, data processing agreements, or other contracts with ConquestGo.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed agreement between ConquestGo and a customer concerning paid services, the executed agreement will control with respect to those services.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConquestGo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect ConquestGo, our customers, our users, our systems, or third parties, or when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute regarding these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement between ConquestGo and the applicable party.
