3. Event Sponsors, Exhibitors and Organizers

Certain ConquestGo experiences are provided on behalf of an event organizer, exhibitor, sponsor, supplier, or other business customer.

When you engage with one of these experiences, information about your interaction may be provided to the company sponsoring that experience so that it can respond to your request, provide relevant information, measure engagement, or conduct appropriate follow-up.

For example, if you interact with a Virtual Sales Rep for Company A and request additional information, relevant information about your interaction may be provided to Company A.

The sponsoring company's use of your personal information may also be governed by its own privacy policy.

ConquestGo does not authorize customers to use information obtained through our services in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, or communications laws.

Certain ConquestGo services may use artificial intelligence, automated technology, avatars, augmented reality, or conversational technology to create interactive event experiences.

ConquestGo may use third-party technology providers to operate portions of these experiences.

Unless otherwise disclosed, ConquestGo does not intend customer or attendee confidential information to be used to train publicly available artificial intelligence models.

ConquestGo or a participating company may communicate with you by email or text when permitted by applicable law and based on the nature of your interaction and any consent you provide.

Marketing emails will provide an appropriate method for opting out of future marketing communications.
